References must be clear and full in color. Description, black and white references are declined immediately. Photo references are also accepted however, the result may not meet your expectations due to details not being depicted clearly enough.

Only pay AFTER I confirm your commission. Any payment before I accept your commission will be considered a donation.

All cash payments will be done via Paypal invoices in USD or through 3rd party site I'm using such as Kofi and Vgen.

Commissions will never be started unless I receive full payment upfront (exceptions may apply).

Payment must be made within 24 hours unless otherwise stated. If payment is not made in a timely manner, the commission will be canceled on the spot.

If your character is extremely detailed, I reserve the right to charge extra. This will be stated before you send the money. You may switch out the character if you do not want to pay for detailed charges.

If you repeatedly commission me but in the end ALWAYS FAIL TO PAY, I will consider you a time-waster and blacklist you.

I am not responsible for any fraudulent activity or chargebacks from third parties.

If you are paying by Paypal, send me your paypal email address and I will send you an invoice containing the details.

You MUST include the statement I provided in the payment info/message. If you don't, I'm refunding you until you have done so. You may also send me the message through private message/note in case there is no place to input text in the payment.

Statement: "I, USERNAME, accept your terms of service/policies and I verify that the commission I am purchasing is 100% voluntary. I understand that there are absolutely no refunds."

Always use "pay for goods/services" option! Never use "Friends/families"

DO NOT EVER pay the fee! As the artist, I cover the fee for you. Please do not think of sending the fee as an "act" of kindness! In reality, both of our accounts could be frozen by doing so.

If you wish to tip, you may send it through the "buy me a cup of coffee" widget on my profile or include it while you pay the invoice. Thank you in advance!

Maximum time I need to finish a digital commission may vary. It could take up only one day to months. Your patience and understanding would be much appreciated.

You are free to ask for my current schedule before ordering and set a reasonable deadline.

There will be no refund so please think carefully before you order a commission from me.

I have full rights to my artwork. Regardless of you being the commissioner, the art still belongs to me.

I do no permit my artworks and designs to be used for any activities involved in NFTs and AI.

The commissioner is never permitted to edit/modify, distribute, make merchandise, claim credit, or use for advertising. All artworks are PERSONAL use only. If you want an artwork for commercial use, there is an extra fee. Please state so at the beginning of the commission.

If the commission piece is restricted and you do not want me to post anywhere, please say so in the beginning. This will result in a fee. (FEE: 30% of commission total) These commissions are not permitted to be posted on public websites under any circumstances. If I am not allowed to post the commission, neither are you. Once a commission is made private, it applies to both the artist, me, and the commissioner.

If for some reason, you want to "un-private" your commission, just send me a note stating so. However, there are no refunds of the fee. The fee still counts for the period of time it was private.

If the artwork commissioned by you is to be posted somewhere for personal use (e.g. tumblr, facebook, twitch, twitter, etc), please credit me somewhere visible with a link that redirects others back to me (my twitter or other platforms). Captions such as 'Credits to Shiina Yuki at Twitter' DOES NOT COUNT.

It is your responsibility to save the image after I have sent you the link. I like to periodically clear my sta.sh, gallery, and computer therefore if you do not save the image, I will not be able to retrieve it for you.

Purchasing an adoptable or design means you retain licensing rights to the design.

Garden Angel, Kurumimi and Aimei are closed species, which means that permission to create or own a Garden Angel, Kurumimi and Aimei must be obtained from Shiina-Yuki with written permission.

You may trade/gift the character.

Designs may only be resold if they were obtained using money.

Designs may be resold for higher than they were purchased for. Additional commissioned pieces of the design can add to the design's resale value.

Designs not obtained using money (i.e. obtained via trade or gift) cannot be resold.

If you trade/gift/resell, please let me know who the new owner is.

Designs may be held for a trusted/recurring customer for 48 hours (extensions may be discussed).

Character ownership and character files will only be transferred after full payment has been received.

I retain copyright and intellectual property of my character designs and closed species (Garden Angel, Kurumimi, Aimei).

I reserve the right to ban/redistribute ownership over a design and terminate the rights to my species and designs for anyone who breaks my Terms of Service. This includes but is not limited to the harassment of any individuals, scamming, theft, filing refund/chargeback, failure to pay.

Edits to my original designs are only permitted by the owner of the design. Any edits must be clearly noted that an edit has been made.

The price is strictly for personal use only.

Commercial use is available with an extra fee.

Commercial use refers to using the reproduction of art and design for a profit. This may include but is not limited to artbooks, events, prints, animations, video streams and videos productions.

The buyer agrees that the design may be used in events, books, websites, and other merchandise by Shiina-Yuki without interference.

General Commercial Use fee covers all commercial use types (includes but is not limited to artbooks, events, prints, animations, video streams and videos productions).

It also includes usage of my Closed Species lore (Garden Angel, Kurumimi, Aimei).

Payment plans are available only for payment that are OVER $200 USD in total.

The details of the payment plans will be discussed first and agreed upon.

I will provide the details of the payment plans (such as the schedule, etc) in a spreadsheet to keep track of the progress and will be updated regularly.

No refunds will be given for any failure to fulfil the payment plan.

Full character ownership and the transfer of unwatermarked files will not be given until the full payment is complete.

Each user is limited to one payment plan at one time.
